IdeaX Dubai ("IDEAX", "we", "us") is a digital design and development agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through ideaxdubai.com (the "Site").

• Contact & project details — name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, the service you're interested in and your message, when you use our contact form.

• Technical data — browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals, quotes and NDAs.
• To deliver and support projects you engage us for.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To keep the Site secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
